This database is designed for keeping a contacts list in various companies and for automatic generation of letters templates in MS Word.
This database uses only 2 types of records and a simple relational link between them:
Records Companó contain information on the companies in which you have contacts.
Records Contacts contain the list of contacts. Each contact has a relational link with the company, therefore there is no need to enter company information for each contact - all you have to do is just select it from the list.
The database contains an exporting template allowing you to create a letter template for the selected addressee in MS Word with a single mouse click. Download Database: company_contacts.bbd
